Pearl Red Gem Herbal Spirit is produced using herbs that are both medicinal and edible, selected by trained herbalists in line with the principle that food and medicine share a common origin. Each ingredient is chosen with care to ensure both quality and suitability.
The base spirit is Pearl Red raw baijiu, aged for one year in clay vessels to develop depth and smoothness. The selected herbs are then infused into the spirit with care, followed by a second distillation to retain only the pure essence of both the liquor and the botanicals.
