It is made from pure water, premium rice and traditional Chinese rice Qu, then aged for six full years in classic clay vessels. This process allows the spirit to develop a distinct aged aroma and a smooth, settled character, while preserving its original clarity, colour and flavour.
On the palate, it is mellow and well balanced from the first sip. The rice aroma is clear and lasting, carrying through the entire taste with a gentle, natural fragrance that recalls a light breeze over open fields. The texture is smooth, with layered flavours that remain composed and consistent.
