Made from carefully selected rice harvested across China, Grand Talon Rice Whisky is crafted by master artisans in Guangdong Province. Drawing on brewing methods with a history of more than 700 years, it reflects a spirit that is both pure and finely balanced.

The process begins with high-quality new rice, brewed using traditional techniques. The spirit is first aged in earthenware clay vessels, where it rests and develops its base character. It then matures in new French and American oak barrels for an extended period, followed by a final stage of ten months in Pearl Red rice wine barrels. This combination of traditional ageing and oak maturation brings together Eastern practice and Western barrel ageing methods.

Once matured, the whisky is carefully blended to achieve clarity and balance. The aroma is soft and measured, with notes of vanilla, hay and ginger. On the palate, it is rich and textured, offering flavours of crème brûlée, pumpkin pie and a gentle touch of spice, often described as pimento or allspice.

The result is a composed and layered whisky, shaped by time, method and careful blending.
