Pearl Red Shaojiu - Rice Aroma Baijiu
Ingredients and Craftsmanship Pearl Red Shaojiu is made from premium short-grain rice
sourced from the northeast of China, a region known for its rich black soil and favourable
growing conditions. It is fermented with pure water and traditional rice Qu, following
long-established Hakka distillation methods. The process is fully handcrafted, with no
added flavours, allowing the natural character of the rice to remain clear and unchanged.
Each drop reflects pure rice spirit, with no blending involved.
Ageing Process The spirit is aged in clay vessels for one year. This stage softens and
refines the liquor, bringing greater balance and depth while maintaining its natural profile.
The result is a full-bodied spirit with a layered and settled character.
Tasting Notes It carries a natural, aged fragrance, with a smooth texture that feels soft
on the palate. The flavour shows notes of rice grain, honey, passion fruit and other fruits
